Mistakes

I traded
the moon
for the stars
and got deceived
by the darkness of the nigh
but now I'm the sky
and let the clouds float on
I traded
the trees
for the grass
and got deceived
by to much rain
but now I'm and ocean
and wash away the sand
I traded
a rose
for a flower
and got deceived
by to much sun and rain
but now I'm a garden
and over-look the weeds
